国泰君安资产托管与基金服务业务再度通过ISAE3402国际鉴证

2022年3月29日，国泰君安(15.82 +1.41%,诊股)再次通过ISAE3402国际鉴证。截至目前，国泰君安已连续七个完整会计年度通过ISAE3402国际鉴证，不仅标志着国泰君安作为业内领先的资产托管与基金服务机构，在资产托管与基金服务业务的内部控制、安全保障、运营效能和业务质量等方面保持卓越，也体现了国泰君安对建立健全完善高效的资产托管与运营服务业务体系的高度重视。

ISAE3402全称为《鉴证业务国际准则（ISAE）第3402号-服务机构控制鉴证报告》，是由国际审计与鉴证理事会制定的，主要针对各类服务机构向客户提供服务的内部控制、安全保障、执行效能等的审计标准，是目前国际公认的、高标准的、具有权威性的鉴证准则。

2021年度，国泰君安资产托管与基金服务业务持续加强客户服务和运营管理，深化国际化布局，业务规模快速增长。截至2021年12月31日，托管产品15,586只，较上年末增长49.6%，运营服务产品14,715 只，较上年末增长42.9%；资产托管与运营服务业务规模28,131亿元，较上年末增长52.3%，其中，托管私募基金数量排名证券行业第2位，托管公募基金规模1,388 亿元，继续排名证券行业第1位。（数据来源于2021年国泰君安年报）

On March 29, GTJA passed International Standard on Assurance Engagements （ISAE） No.3402 again and up to now GTJA has passed ISAE 3402 for seven consecutive full accounting years， which not only indicates that as a leading asset custody and fund administration service organization in the industry， GTJA has maintained great excellence in internal control， security and safety， operation efficiency and business quality， but also reflects that GTJA attaches great importance to the establishment and improvement of perfect and efficient asset custody and fund administration service system.

As is demonstrated in the 2021 Annual Report of GTJA，the custodian and outsourcing business strengthened customer service and operations management， deepened the layout in international market， maintaining an ongoing and rapid growth in business scale In 2021. Under the custodian business， 15,586 products of various type were provided， representing an increase of 49.6% as compared with the end of last year； while 14,715 products of various type were provided under the outsourcing business， representing an increase of 42.9% as compared with the end of last year， the asset size of the custodian and the outsourcing businesses reached RMB2,813.1 billion， representing an increase of 52.3% as compared with the end of last year. Among such business section， the number of private funds under custodianship ranked the second in the securities industry and the assets under our custody from mutual funds amounted to RMB138.8 billion， continued to rank the first among securities companies.
